Fungi such as alternaria cajani and curvularia lunata grow on plant surfaces causing disease and death of plants. Plant treatment with Pseudomonas fluorescens can limit these fungi from growing and prospering. It is non-specific in its ability to protect plants and, once established, it works against several different pathogens while inducing systemic resistance in the host plant. Production of secondary metabolites plays an important role in plant disease suppression and PF produces substances like 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol, which is responsible for the anti-phytopathegenic and the biocontrol properties of PF. PF aggressively colonises the roots of the crop and suppresses disease by inhibiting phytopathogens in the soil or on the roots by competition and/or antagonism. It has shown potential benefits in bioremediation against several strains of plant pathogens.

The effects of Pseudomonas on plant growth, development and health.

Benefits of Seuden :

Protects plants against most types of fungal infections.

Offers superior protection to roots against fungi, bacteria, nematodes and pathogens.

Helps in plant growth promotion through the production of growth-promoting hormones.

Method of Application :

Before application (3 to 4hrs), dissolve in sufficient water.

Dose – 250g/acre is sufficient which can be applied through irrigation, drenching, sprinklers or any other suitable method.

Crops :

CEREALS : Paddy, Wheat, Maize & Barley.

VEGETABLES : Tomato, Chilli, Capsicum, Eggplant, Potato, Cole crops, Cucumbers, Onion, Carrot, Beetroots and others.

FRUITS : Guava, Grapes, Banana, Apple, Citrus crops and others.

OIL CROPS : Ground nut, Soyabean, Mustard and others.

FLOWERS : Petunia, Pansy, Verbena, Zinnia, Dahlia, Daisy, Phlox and others.

PULSES : Beans, Chickpea, Pea and others.

Others Crops : Tea, Cofee, Sugarcane, Cotton etc.

Composition :

Carrier base : Wettable Powder

Safety Precautions :

Do not mix the powder with any type of chemical based fertilizers or pesticides.

Keep out of Children and avoid eye contact

Use under guidance of agronomist.

Seuden protects plant roots against parasitic fungi such as Fusarium or Pythium as well as certain phytophagaous nematodes such as Meloidogyne sps.
